Welcome to Ladyjacket. We’re committed to making sure your orders are shipped safely, promptly, and with full transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders across the continental United States.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to help ensure timely and reliable delivery of your order, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- DHL Express
- EMS
- Local postal services (depending on your region)
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Processing Schedule:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) on business days (Monday – Friday) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. postal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Your estimated delivery date will depend on your shipping method and location. While we do everything possible to meet the expected delivery window, please note that transit delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods are beyond our control.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress in real time. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
For customized or made-to-order products, additional time may be required for design and production before shipment.
Design and processing times depend on the complexity of your order. If extra time is needed, we’ll notify you before your item ships.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Ladyjacket only ships within the continental United States.
We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO or military addresses
- International destinations outside the U.S.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after the carrier picks up your package.
- If tracking information remains unavailable, it may indicate the parcel has not yet been scanned by the carrier.
- If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
- If your address is incomplete or incorrect, your order may be delayed while we contact you for clarification.
- Ladyjacket is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to inaccurate details provided at checkout.
- Returned parcels may be disposed of by our shipping partners, and replacement shipments will require an additional re-shipping fee.
- Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or redirected packages requested directly through the carrier.
