I ordered a “Christmas “ present for my daughter on 11/29, shipping promised 12/16. As of 12/30/2024 the order has been pending a shipping label with USPS since 12/18/2024 with no updates. I have sent several emails with no effective action from this company and they refuse to refund my money.Do not order with this company unless you with to be ripped off!
Has anyone really ever received a product they ordered from this company ?
Placed an order on November 16th. Today is December 18th and l don't have my purchase. Numerous chats and emails keep telling me it's on the way. When l try to track the order using the USPS tracking number they provided it says not a valid number. So, it's a week before Christmas and l don't have my grandsons gift.
Ordered my item over a month ago and when it didn’t arrive by the promised date, I tried to contact them and did not receive a response. There is a reason they have cheap prices. They have no intention on shipping your item, they will just keep your money.
Jersey runs large. Size down. I asked to exchange the medium Jersey that’s too big for a small. Customer service refused. Do not recommend.
