At Ladyjacket, we value your trust and want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. Our Refund & Return Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for every customer. Please review the guidelines below before submitting any refund or exchange request.

Order Exchanges

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details—such as size, color, design, and quantity—before completing the purchase. Because each item is made to order, we cannot process exchanges for incorrect selections made by customers.

If you wish to modify your order:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details.
  • Contact us immediately at [email protected].
After 24 hours, your order will enter production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Within 24 hours of purchase.

You may cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours by emailing [email protected] with your order details.

We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 hours, orders move into production and cannot be canceled, as each product is custom-made.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 180 days from the delivery date. To qualify, the item must meet the conditions below:

Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Item arrives damaged, broken, or defective
  • Item differs in design, size, or material from your order
  • Wrong product received
  • Significant deviation from the online description

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Minor imperfections such as loose threads
  • Personalized/custom items (unless defective)

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Return Cost & Shipping Responsibility

Defective or incorrect products: Free return shipping.

Return cost: $0.00

For non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size ordered, change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Claim Requirements

Please include the following information when requesting a refund:

  • Full name on the order
  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue or defect
  • Proof of purchase
  • Shipping label or carrier receipt (if available)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

Return & Refund Process

1. Prepare Your Package

  • Include order confirmation or receipt
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

2. Ship the Package

  • Use your local post office or a reliable courier
  • Provide the tracking number to our support team

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund—including original shipping costs—will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to finalize processing.

Important Notes

  • Return/refund policy is valid for 180 days from delivery
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • Ladyjacket is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return transit
  • Ineligible returns may be discarded or returned at customer’s expense
